Harper College's Paths to College and Career Program is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Assistant to join our team at the Prospect Heights Learning and Career Center. This grant-funded role involves supporting program participants in assessing and improving their basic skills in math, reading, writing, and computer literacy. Location: Harper College Learning and Career Center, located in Prospect Heights. Schedule: Six hours per week with the possibility to increase based on need; the current schedule will consist of two three-hour shifts per week. Extra hours for projects may be available on occasion. Pay Rate: $25/hour - This position is grant funded through March 31, 2026. Continuation of the position is subject to grant approvals/funds. Program: Paths to College and Career Program, funded by the Illinois Community College Board Innovative Bridge Transitions Grant (IBT).
