What We are Looking For: Minimum Requirements: * High school degree or equivalent is required * Minimum age of 18 * Employee must be able to work any shift (day or night) including weekends * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out both oral and written instructions * Ability to effectively read, comprehend, and fill in production forms accurately with dates, times, temperatures and other processing information * Able to work with and around cleaning chemicals and perform sanitation duties * Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, GMP's, and general instructions as well as carry out both oral and written communication skills Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role: * Previous food processing or manufacturing experience a plus * Previous forklift driving experience highly preferred Physical Demands * Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, lift (67-100%) * Employee is regularly required to use hands and arms for reaching/grasping /handling/ fine finger manipulation during the day (67-100%) * Employee must be able to occasionally squat, bend, work above shoulders, climb stairs or ladders (11-33%) * Employee must be able to frequently lift up to 25 lb.
