SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Executive Director provides direct and indirect supervision to all positions within the Unit's operations team. This includes Qualified Professionals (QPs), Supervisors, Clinical staff (such as Nurses, Behavioral Health Specialists, Psychologists, and Dietitians), Administrative personnel, Program Managers, Training Coordinators, and other team members involved in the delivery and oversight of services. The Executive Director is responsible for building high-performing teams, fostering leadership at all levels, and ensuring effective performance management across all functions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human services, Health Administration, Social Work, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in IDD services, long term care facilities or related healthcare/human services settings.
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and quality frameworks applicable to IDD services (e.g., HCBS, CMS, CARF, state licensing bodies).
Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive service excellence in a complex, regulated environment.
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing operating budgets and business performance metrics.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with regulatory bodies, managed care organizations, community partners, and families.

This person will determine if the vehicles need to be sent out to a mechanic for repairs and if additional maintenance/repairs are needed.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Changing wipers, adding/maintaining fluids, checking tire tread, checking oil, scheduling oil changes, scheduling tire rotation.

Job Description
A House Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the daily operations of a program or programs. The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The House Manager will manage a single location in NJ area and must have worked with High Behavioral, Non Verbal, Low-High Functioning Individuals.
* To monitor, coordinate and assure all services to the individual are delivered, communicated and coordinated on a daily basis.
* To provide daily supervision and oversight of all staff, at each location.
* To monitor and assure that daily health care and nutritional needs are met.
* Assure the coordination and communication of changes in services, hospitalizations and other issues.
* To monitor and manage the cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the home and vehicle.
* Assure compliance with emergency procedure requirements.
* To promote a positive cooperative relationship with team members, vendors, neighbors, law enforcement and emergency personnel.
* To monitor and assure all budgeting and spending accounts are managed, collected and reported as required.
