POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Fair Labor Standards Act Provisions: This position is non-exempt under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is subject to the organization's policies and procedures pertaining to overtime hours. Independence of Action; Supervision Received: The Cook works under general supervision of the Head Cook / Site Manager or Senior Program Supervisor.
