Job responsibilities: A sex offender treatment provider is responsible for providing individual and group counseling specific to the Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP) in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Texas Civil Commitment Office (TCCO) directives.
Essential functions:
* Maintain core beliefs that people can change and have an inherent drive towards positive growth.
* Understand and employ the Good Lives Model (GLM) and Risk-Needs-Responsivity Model (RNR) as underlying theoretical basis for sex offender treatment. Complete Individual Treatment Plans to include goals and objectives, assessments, treatment progress and accomplishments.
* Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using approved assessment tools to include STABLE, ACUTE, penile plethysmograph (PPG), psychological tests, clinical interviews and other techniques designed to define treatment goals and strategies for clients.
* Identify and outline areas which warrant attention and outline measurable and understandable goals in order to help clients learn to reduce deviant behavior and manage risk.
* Ability to use operant conditioning, behavior management techniques, including the identification of target behaviors and the application of re-enforcers and interventions.
Minimum requirements:
* Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university required.
* Must be licensed in one of the following: medical doctor/psychiatrist, advanced practice registered nurse recognized as a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist or mental health nurse practitioner, psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed professional counselor intern, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed marriage and family associate, licensed clinical social worker and/or licensed master social worker under a TSBSWE's approved clinical supervision plan.
* A license as a Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP) or an Affiliate Sex Offender Treatment provider (ASOTP) is not required but preferred as prescribed by the Council on Sex Offender Treatment pursuant to the requirement set forth in Texas Administrative Code, Title 22, Chapter 810.
* Clinical treatment experience with focus on group facilitation preferred.
* If currently a Texas resident, a valid driver license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management. Out of state residents must be able to acquire a Texas driver license within 90 days of moving to the state of Texas.
Post-hire requirements:

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Support operation of receiving, separators, cream pasteurizer, butter operation, evaporators, dryer, and packaging operation. Operations include running of equipment, cleaning of equipment, completion of necessary paperwork in a clear concise manner, and maintaining work area in a clean sanitary condition at all times. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support daily operation of receiving raw products, separators, HTST's, evaporators, load outs, butter operation, warehouse, dryer and powder packaging.
• Monitor chemical use during cleanup, CIP logs, and maintain proper rotation of products.
• Be inspection ready: Have all air blows and foot baths changed daily, have floors and drains cleaned and review master sanitation logs. Have recording charts in proper conditions and inform management as needed.
• Inform other departments of necessary changes or run conditions and report to Supervisor any problems encountered, and then follow any further instructions from management.
• Occasionally check product silos, evaporators and tankers for proper CIP.
• Assist in the proper sampling of hourly condensed skim, cream, and powder samples as required.

• Report immediately to Supervisor of any damage, irregular activity, or unsafe conditions concerning the equipment.

Oversee the daily operation and production schedule of the butter department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plant Quality: Review list of any out-of-spec product with Plant Manager.
• Plant Audits: Check butter department daily to assure department is inspection ready. Check employee GMP's. Assist Quality Assurance with all butter audits.
• Plant loss: Review Butter room losses with Plant Manager. Review of losses include product and material.

The Environmental Field Supervisor is responsible for supporting environmental services during an emergency response and on non-ER projects. They will work closely with project managers and project technical directors to support environmental data, documentation, and advisory needs during a project. Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.) in accordance with individualized care plans.
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or behavioral condition to the Charge Nurse promptly.
Document all care provided and observations made during your shift accurately and thoroughly.
Communicate with supervisors at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure continuity of care.
Attend and actively participate in all required in-service education and training sessions.
Qualifications
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced care environment.

What we're looking for:
* Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective management and leadership
* Experience in coaching, training, and developing colleagues in the moment
* Strong technical/mechanical knowledge, ideally supported by a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Competent in medical terminology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes comprehensive assessment of inpatients upon admission and change in condition.
Completes a focused assessment of patients each shift.
Assures the completion of focused assessment throughout shift by Licensed Vocational Nurses and graduate nurses.
Makes patient assignments in accordance with identified patient needs and documented competencies of nursing personnel.
Establish, implement, evaluate and document patient plan of care and services.
Provide education to staff, patient and family members promoting improvements in health care delivery.
Administers transfusions of blood and blood products and patient medication administration as needed.
Advocate for patient.
Triage, assess and record patient's history, signs and symptoms.
Evaluate and report patient status according to standardized format.
Perform point of care diagnostic tests, such as, EKG and glucometer readings.
Continually monitor to assure medical provider's orders for the patient's care are being carried out.
Inform medical provider of any changes in patient status.
Provides oversight of nursing personnel (and EMS personnel, if relevant) and all clinical care provided.
Interact with patients, family members, medical providers and ancillary personnel on a continuous basis.
Carry out procedures for admitting, transferring or discharging patients.
Knows and complies with practice standards of the state board of nursing.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned requested or required.
Requirements:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Current Registered Nurse licensure
Entry Level Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Life Support (BLS) certificate
Successful completion of the following courses:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), obtained within six (6) months from date of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), obtained within six (6) months from date of hire OR
Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), obtained within six (6) months from date of hire
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), per Trauma Rules obtain within twelve (12) months from date of hire OR
Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN), per Trauma Rules obtain within eighteen (18) months from date of hire
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Basic preferred
LANGUAGE/READING SKILLS:
Communicate verbally and in writing in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Competent in dosage calculations.
Basic statistical concepts.
REASONING ABILITY: Responds to unusual or varied situations that are not covered by existing standards, procedures and precedents.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, ascend and descend stairs, possess ability to handle, finger or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Frequently be able to lift 25 pounds from the floor to waist level and may occasionally be required to assist moving adult patients. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision. Specific hearing abilities using the stethoscope for breath sounds and Korotkoff sounds.
