Hourly Range: $18.27 - $20.19 This role will work with families who have children ranging from age 11-18 and are at risk of entering foster care due to their behaviors. The goal is to keep the family together safely. Supports provided by the Specialist may include providing household support, babysitting/supervision, acting as another safe adult in the home, providing homework assistance, etc. Support may also be provided in the community in the form of daily routine assistance such as helping with transportation, helping with shopping, or running errands, etc. As a member of the Family Preservation team, you will work with other team members and report to our Manager Family Preservation.
