Troubleshoot and repair all electronic drives, PLC's on all electronic systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot and make mechanical repairs to equipment as necessary.

Design and enhance all electrical and mechanical systems as necessary.
Provide electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Perform preventative maintenance duties as outlined and provide accurate documentation of such duties.
Complete scheduled work orders on time and monitor results.
Maintain all building mechanicals, utilities, HVAC systems.
Communicate problems, repairs, and recommendations to Machine Operators, Supervisors and Scheduling.
Actively participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives.
