Mercury Systems is seeking a motivated and innovative Electrical Engineering Intern eager to join a focused team of engineers developing highly complex, rugged, and secure electronic packaging solutions that support our nation's warfighters and first responders. During this internship, you'll integrate directly with the MicroE team to support the development of next-generation system-in-package (SiP) designs. Job Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the SiP team to develop block diagrams, schematics, netlists, and technical documentation * Support laboratory activities, including electrical measurements, troubleshooting, and validation testing * Develop software scripts to improve team efficiency and automation * Work closely with the SiP team to learn and use advanced design tools from Ansys and Cadence * Learn and apply the fundamentals of chip-level package design Required Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering * A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required.
