The 2026 Production Support Engineering Intern will join our Hardware Engineering team in Indianapolis, IN. The Production Support Engineer Intern will support the hardware engineering department with development of repair and production processes through development of technical work instructions and detailed process guidance, primarily from an electrical perspective. Engineer will assist in process development while supporting upstream design and downstream activities such as hands-on electrical and RF testing and trouble-shooting, electrical assembly and board processing using Surface Mount Technology (SMT) methods, fixturing design, supplier reviews and parts obsolescence resolution, addressing quality issues and other activities based upon the needs of programs. This position is responsible for the design, improvement, repair, and maintenance of test equipment in support of a manufacturing & depot level repair facility. You will work across the aisle with our broader product development teams to develop products from the ground up.
