Microwave & RF Test Technician supports manufacturing in the testing and troubleshooting of medium to highly complex microwave modules. Requirements: US Citizenship and able/willing to obtain a government security clearance. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions/documentation. 3-5 years minimum experience working in the microwave electronics industry, an associate degree, or a Military background with 3+ years' training and electronics experience. High school diploma/GED required. A diploma from a Vocational High School or Technical Diploma is a plus. All shifts available: 1st 7:00AM - 3:30PM EST 2nd: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST 3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM EST Specific Responsibilities: Familiarity with using Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, RF Sources and other equipment used A strong ability to work with computer-controlled test systems as an individual contributor, as well as part of a team, to perform microwave electronics testing and troubleshoot complex microwave and millimeter-wave modules and subsystems. General knowledge of electronics construction A strong aptitude and interest in working with automated and manual test equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work with engineering, management and other technicians. Test station setup and calibration Maintenance of test data Assembly of breadboards, test fixtures and wiring harnesses.
