The successful candidate will be responsible for providing multiple services in the realm of Unified Communications to include Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Instant Messaging (IM), voice over IP (VoIP) on several networks, some analog phone services, and video streaming within the Enterprise, supporting a 24x7 NOC (Network Operations Center).
Responsibilities:
Familiarity with the use of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Multipoint Control Unit (MCU), Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) and various other tools as required; will become familiar with the use of VC Wizard.
Technical knowledge of VoIP / analog telephony systems, software, hardware, and Telecommunications standards, Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
Technical knowledge of instant messaging systems, preferably Cisco Jabber.
Technical knowledge of video streaming to include set top box and Vbrick.
Technical knowledge of VTC equipment such as Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Tandberg and Cisco CODECs and MCUs.
Comprehensive knowledge of network topology; along with networked hardware and software tools listed above.
Familiarity with VTC service and support to include scheduling, monitoring, administrative support and technical assistance to customers.
Manage resource availability and conflicts for Video Networks.
Possess understanding of TCP/IP, H323, E164 and SIP protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot common UC issues to include identifying and correcting issues with endpoints, bandwidth saturation, profiles and misconfigurations.
Assist in the development of the training, local guides, Rules of Engagement (ROE) policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as they pertain to the UC environment.
Ensure compliance with network security policies and procedures.
Create and report all outage notifications and network related issues according to standard operating procedures.
Provides system/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance to lower skill level employees.
Provide After Action Reports (AARs) for Problem Management resolution
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance with the ability to gain and maintain a CI Poly.
Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience
Must have and maintain a DoD 8570 compliance or Information Assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required within the task order prior to start.

The Fountain Valley Facility is a 240 MW simple cycle, natural gas-fired, peaking facility with a PPA with PSCo to 2032. The plant is located in Fountain, Colorado. Adjacent to the Fountain Valley Facility is 145 vacant acres of land for future development.
THE CHALLENGE
Perform operations, testing, maintenance and administrative functions of a distributive control system (DCS) and all associated field devices including the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for a simple cycle gas power plant.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers processes and procedures as required by the O&M Manager, which includes:
Identify and implement On-condition tasks.
Evaluate recommended changes based on cost/benefit.
Specify instrument and electrical changes as required.
Required to complete the O&M Tech I qualification process. Qualification is required within 2 years of date of hire.
Work safely, following company and operator policies, procedures, and work practices in a positive, cooperative, and productive manner.
Computes and analyzes test data.
Use installed and portable test equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Monitor, maintain and review all system startup procedures to determine control and electrical personnel support requirements.
Coordinates job activities relating to job planning, work methods, job standards and job reporting for the work assigned.
Perform both routine and non-routine preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
Assist other plant personnel as needed.
Maintenance and upkeep of site buildings and grounds.
Maintain, calibrate and repair plant instrumentation and control devices.
Prepares, maintains and provides a variety of reports/documents as required or upon request.
Reviews P&I Drawings and logic diagrams.
Communicates condition of plant systems, equipment and pertinent information to others.
Coordinates job activities relating to job planning, work methods, job standards and job reporting for the work assigned.
Creates procedures related to instrumentation and electrical systems.
Directs and performs work in accordance with policies and procedures as established by the company and regulatory agencies.
Operate all plant mobile equipment, forklift, man lift, etc.
Maintain documentation records of calibration, tests and certification of electrical and instrument equipment.
May be required to support job responsibilities as needed outside of scheduled work hours.
Occasional travel may be required.

THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED
A two-year technical degree and a minimum of 5 years of power plant and/or industrial electrical, instrumentation or electronics experience is required.
In lieu of a degree, significant power plant and/or industrial electrical or electronics experience may also qualify an applicant for this position.
Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), GE Mark VI and ABB Bailey INFI 90, Various PLC Controllers, Teledyne Monitor Labs CEMS controls and equipment. Programming and configuration capabilities preferred.
Knowledge of equipment operating limits, parameters, operating procedures and systems. Performs corrective actions if limits are exceeded.
Working knowledge of combined cycle power plant system, power plant operations, and maintenance, electrical principles, work practices, procedures and materials.
Ability to interpret control drawings and P&ID's.
Ability to make maintenance related decisions with minimum direct supervision.
Knowledge of instrumentation test equipment, signal generators, relay tests sets, oscilloscopes and computers.
Knowledge of industry related CEM System hardware, software and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and possess the ability to learn.
Strong mechanical aptitude with an advanced understanding of chemistry, physics, electricity and mathematics.
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.

Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing on coordination design and scheduling needs of the product to meet the customer's needs.
Process shop floor changes as required using the appropriate procedures to provide proper documentation for production.
Perform all clerical and application tasks associated with the Engineering department using the existing software and electronic processes including, but not limited to SAP, Excel, Work, and Outlook.
Prepare drawings, BOMs, and necessary documentation to ensure smooth and accurate flow of product production. This requires working knowledge of SAP, Autodesk and Windows Office.
Confirm and process replacement part orders to the extent of providing production with proper documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Responsibilities are subject to change based on the supervisor's direction.

Primary purpose of this position is to perform updates to the Air Forces NexGen asset management database and produce reports as required, and performs cost estimates for Capital projects.
Responsibilities:

* Assists Programmer in Civil Engineering in complying with legal and regulatory requirements when finical programming MILCON, SRM O&M, Medical and NAF facility projects including preparing DD Form 1391s, Military Construction Project Data. Researches, interprets, analyzes, and applies proper Air Force Instructions (AFIs), especially AFI 32-1020, Planning and Programming Built Infrastructure Projects, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC's), U.S. Code, guidelines, pamphlets, policies, letters, when finically programming facility and infrastructure projects.
* Monitors coordination/approval process for converting work requests into contract projects to include validating proper work classification during programming, design, and construction to ensure statutory project approval is obtained from the correct approval authority.
* Implements metrics and analyzes systems/processes to ensure actions are efficient, timely, and reviewed at critical points.
* Develop, plan, and ensure customer proponents justify capital improvement projects for USAFA facilities.
* Performs self-inspection in accordance with Air Force inspection criteria and prepares/presents detailed and comprehensive reports with any corrective action taken to the Portfolio Optimization Manager.
