JOB SUMMARY
Ensure guest satisfaction through properly maintained property, guest rooms, public areas and by responding promptly and efficiently to guest complaints and concerns. Know all fire and safety rules, regulations and policies. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary in accordance with hotel standards
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
Maintain, repair and troubleshoot all manageable mechanical operations and equipment including the following areas:
Electrical-switches, lamps/ballasts, electrical receptacles, etc.
Plumbing- fixtures repair and replacement, pvc/cu pipe, drain clearing and repair, water heater, etc.
Carpentry- drywall, wallpaper, painting, caulking, tile repair and replacement windows, doors, locks, furniture repair, etc.
Mechanical- equipment maintenance (washer, dryer, vacuum cleaners, plaza gates etc.)
Other general repairs as necessary
Possess a good mechanical knowledge of how to safely operate and maintain all tools.
Respond to and complete all work orders in a timely manner, closing out as completed.
Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule and report daily to DOE task acomplish.
Keep all work areas and guest rooms neat and orderly.
Maintain proper inventory levels.
Perform daily Building/Room Audits.
SAFETY: Check all exterior lighting, public area lighting, and signage daily. This includes parking lot lights, high rises, entrance signs, walking lights, corridor, lobby and elevator.
Be punctual in reporting to work in the proper uniform with a name tag. Personal hygiene is required daily.
Help maintain the overall appearance of the hotel's public space and hallways to help maintain a safe and clean environment.
ALICE: Respond to both customer and hotel staff reports of non-functioning equipment immediately
Paint and touch up all areas of the hotel and maintain guest rooms to perfect condition
ROOM P.M: Maintains rooms in operating condition by performing repairs as needed
Performs preventive maintenance throughout the hotel and report progress
Have a thorough understanding of hotel fire alarm procedures and other emergencies
Attend required meetings
Keep work areas clean and organized
Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees

ICON is seeking a Senior Product Test Technician to lead the operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ICON's product test infrastructure. In this role, you will build and integrate test systems, operate large-scale printing equipment, and fabricate complex test articles to support the design, development, and validation of ICON's construction technology. RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview:
The Construction Inspector is responsible for the monitoring, inspections, and reporting of quality and performance of capital improvement projects. This position reports to Director(s) of Engineering and serves as a primary support role for Project Managers. The position has a heavy focus on water and wastewater infrastructure construction including facilities, water distribution, sewer collection systems, and their respective sub trades.
Perform project communication and project coordination, perform public works inspections, ensure quality control of materials and methods, maintain construction records and perform reporting, and manage construction contracts. This position's experience and knowledge of the primary responsibilities will be advanced and the Inspector III will work independently.
What You'll Do:
* Reads and interprets construction contracts, drawings, specifications and other project related documentation to effectively inspect, observe and report on contractor activities and to verify that the work is compliant; informs contractors and/or applicable managers of any deviations in compliance with contract documents or failure to rectify work.
* Maintains accurate, up-to-date and factual daily log describing the activities and the work of the General Construction Contractor and/or their subcontractor, including conversations (phone calls, in person, etc.); prepares and submits related daily reports.
* Utilizes and maintains the paper and electronic document control systems.
* Maintains project record files; prepares deficiency reports and follows up to ensure correction.
* Provides oversight on multiple, simultaneous projects; observes and reports on issues impacting the work or the progress of the work. Coordinates with the contractor on daily and weekly schedule tasks in the field and reports any delayed tasks to the Construction Manager. Advises contractor and reports non-compliant work or materials to the Construction Manager.
* Conducts site safety inspections
