Proven expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Secure Web Gateway (SWG) design, deployment, and optimization.
Working knowledge of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler DLP.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including firewalls, proxies, and DNS.
Experience designing and implementing identity-based policies within Zscaler.
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, encryption, and access control principles.
Proficiency in Python scripting or API integration for automation and workflow improvements.
Experience integrating with ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Essential Functions:
Coaching Responsibilities:
Hold organizational meetings for team prospects and encourage potential athletes to participate in the sport.
Communicate effectively with players, coaches, activities department, and parents about expectations, goals of the program, practices, changes in the schedule, and games.
Practices are to include JWP Core Values and principles transcending the field of play.
Plan effective and organized practices that maximize coaches and players abilities that properly prepare them for practices and competitions.
Practices must be characterized by instruction that accounts for a logical sequence of fundamentals that consider the developmental level of the athlete and that lead to an enhanced progression of player knowledge, skill, and capability. Instruction must move from simple to complex and known to unknown.
Athletes should be matched with consideration for maturity, skill, age, size, and speed. To the degree possible, mismatches should be avoided in all categories.
Practices must account for a progression of cardiovascular and musculoskeletal conditioning regimens that prepare athletes sequentially for more challenging practices and competitive activities. Consideration must be given to student readiness and maturational factors. In addition, consideration should include weather conditions and their impact on student health. Athletes should not be subjected to intense or prolonged conditioning during periods of extreme heat and humidity, or when frostbite may be a factor. *Injured athletes who require the services of a physician or athletic trainer may not return to practice or competition without written permission of the physician or athletic trainer.
Provide appropriate and sequential instruction that demonstrates safe techniques and identifies any unsafe practices that may cause danger to the athlete or place the team in a dangerous condition.
Control impulsive behavior, give competent instruction, provide structured practices that are appropriate for the age and maturity of athletes.
Create game strategies with the help of the assistant coaches based on team's capabilities.
Model nondiscriminatory practices in all activities.
Additional Administrative Responsibilities:
Work with the activities director in scheduling facilities for practices and competitions.
Be present or assign a school board approved coach to provide supervision. Supervision includes on the field of play, locker room, training room, and anywhere the sport requires them to be. Athletes must be denied access when a coach cannot be physically present to supervise.
Provide proper transportation, along with the activities department, to and from competitions. Athletes must travel with the team to the event site as a team, unless prior approval and written permission from guardians and activities director. Athlete must sign out with the coach after competition to leave with parents/relatives. Athlete must have guardian approval, guardian note, and coach approval to leave with non-family members.
Assess and maintain inventory of uniforms and equipment so it functions and works properly. All uniforms are distributed by a school board approved coach and are all collected at the end of the season. Equipment should fit in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Athletes must wear protective equipment any time they are exposed to the full rigors of contact in practice or competitions. Any defective equipment should not be used and reported to the activities director.
Complete the Emergency Action Plan to use during practices on and off site.
Complete all learning modules on the Coach's Clipboard on MSHSL.
Expected to be able to administer accepted, prioritized, standard first aid procedures in response to a range of traumatic injuries - especially those that are potentially life-threatening.
Monitor the academic performance of team members to ensure that eligibility requirements are met; and encourage student athletes to maintain a high academic standard.
Conferences with guardians, as necessary, regarding the athletic performance of their student.
Follow state, section, and school regulations governing the athletic program.
Attend conference, section and state meetings when required to represent your team.
Promote the sport by communicating with the news media, booster clubs, service clubs, and other organizations.
Work with the athletic director to develop a policy for awards and submit a list of award winners at the end of the season.
Participate in special activities to include parent's night, banquets, award nights, and assemblies.
Follow any other instructions and to perform any other related duties as assigned by the Principal or Athletic Director or the appropriate administration.

Be accessible with high visibility at least 80% of the day to maximize engagement and coach employees to health risk reduction in consults.
Be highly familiar with the client site's emergency and safety protocols to ensure a quick and effective response in case of an emergency situation.
Manage time effectively and work independently to deliver the highest quality of onsite service to the employees and client.
Ensure accurate and timely Ramp Health and client site data entry by the end of business each day to ensure the highest level of HIPAA compliance that protects each employee's health information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry related to coaching activities, employee engagement, and other relevant information to ensure effective communication and reporting with the client and the operations or account manager.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with the utmost discretion, follow the company's policies and procedures, and follow all applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Attend required team meetings and operations manager meetings to support a timely and collaborative approach to delivering the highest level of client service.
Attend and actively participate in four live, yearly mandatory skill-building sessions, communicating with your operations manager if this is not possible to arrange for the timely completion of training recording and exam.
Complete any additional Ramp Health trainings related to improving skills and maintaining compliance in a timely fashion.
Maintain professional and timely communication channels with key site contacts, operations managers, and Ramp Health team members to foster a responsive and collaborative workflow.
Work collaboratively with your operations manager, key site contact, and other onsite partners to ensure the highest level of attention and service to the client's needs and goals.
Ensure that any Ramp Health equipment or materials used in coaching are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored according to company guidelines.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when working collaboratively with other onsite partners and vendors, including all written and verbal communication, to represent Ramp Health's highest standards of excellence.
Ensure a positive, courteous, and respectful interaction with employees, management, and other stakeholders on the client site, fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship.
Work collaboratively with Ramp Health and interdisciplinary team members to deliver meaningful and measurable outcomes related to risk factor reduction and chronic disease prevention and management.
Communicate promptly and professionally with your operations manager regarding any concerns related to job tasks and responsibilities, key contact communication, onsite incidents, and concerns related to Ramp Health deliverables.
Be familiar with all Ramp Health products, and provider services, including technology, referral process, nutrition, and clinical services.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in health sciences or a related field.
A strong background in injury prevention is highly desirable and essential for construction, manufacturing, and transportation settings.
Demonstrated time management skills, ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment, and ease in prioritizing multiple tasks and deliverables.
Highly personable and comfortable with proactive outreach to new people and populations.
Strong presentation skills and confidence in sharing health information and coaching individuals as well as groups of all sizes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health and wellness, wellness coaching, fitness, personal training, athletic training, nursing, PT, OT, or PT assistant.
Health and wellness coaching experience or equivalent person-centered experience in fitness, nutrition, or health promotion roles.
Experience utilizing behavior change science such as Stages of Change and motivational interviewing to support sustainable health behavior change.
Proficient knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP/ADIM data entry.
Experience taking a manual blood pressure.
