Notify Consultants of past due responses
Review responses with field team
Distribute RFI responses to all pertinent subs and vendors
Submittals
Create, Distribute and Track Submittals in Procore
Request Submittal packages from Subcontractors and Track in Procurement Log
Review Submittals for compliance with Plans and Specifications.
Notify Consultants of past due responses
Coordinate & Review Submittals with Field Team
Distribute Submittal responses to all pertinent subs and vendors
Sub Change Order Management
Review Subcontractor Change Order Requests
Ensure costs are not inflated. Compare unit / assembly rates with bids or market rates.
Estimate quantities using Bluebeam to verify Subcontractor is accurate
Process Sub Change Orders
Procurement Log
Update and Track all required materials on the project Procurement Log
Input dates using Project Construction Schedule
Meeting Minutes
Resposible for taking and distibuting weekly meeting minutes for assigned projects
Milestone Schedule
Generate and maintain the Project Milestone Schedule
Inspections & Reports Review
Review inspection matrix from superintendent and ensure all required inspections have been obtained
Review all green cards for inspection compliance
Notify superinetendent & field team of any irregularities
Closeout
Manage closeout process.
Job Qualifications:
• Strong written/verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to work with computers in word processing and property management software, preferably P6
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Design-build experience a plus
Job Requirements:
• BS or BA in one of the following fields: Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Engineering.
• Reliable transportation with a valid state-issued driver's license and current liability vehicle insurance
• Report to work on time with a neat and professional appearance and be courteous and pleasant to residents and associates at all times.
• Ability to clear a background screen, MVR, and drug test
Physical Demands:
Inspection of Property will include walking and climbing of stairs. The position may require lifting, carrying, and pushing, pulling 25 lbs. Occasionally, frequently up to 15 lbs. or negligible amounts regularly. Phone usage is also required, as is the need to speak professionally and clearly.
