What you will be doing:
You will drive physical design and timing of high-frequency and low-power DPUs and SoCs at block level, cluster level, and/or full chip level.
Analyze and optimize design constraints and synthesis parameters to achieve performance, power, and area targets.
Help in driving frontend and backend implementation from RTL to gds2, including synthesis, equivalence checking, floor-planning, timing constraints, timing and power convergence, and ECO implementation.

Job Overview
This position supports the Facilities Department in short and long term activities through communication and technical knowledge. Support of critical systems including compressed air, purified water, and environmentally controlled areas are key responsibilities. The Facilities Department is also responsible for site safety, environmental compliance, security, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and building systems infrastructure maintenance and improvement.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

* Critical manufacturing systems support (40%)
* Support the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services of an FDA regulated manufacturing site, specific to: vacuum, nitrogen, chilled water, boilers, humidifiers, air handling units, and variable speed drives.
* Direct involvement with validated continuously supplied utilities (compressed air, reverse osmosis deionized water (RO/DI), and HVAC monitoring). Responsibilities include technical support of repair and point of use (POU) change work orders, interdepartmental communications of maintenance activities, and validation protocol development/execution and report writing.
* Computerized Maintenance Management System (25%)
* Support the administration of the computerized maintenance management system (Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager, BMRAM).
* Assist and advise in work order documentation for clarity and completeness.
* Site construction (20%)
* Represent the Facilities Department in planning through completion of short and long-term projects in the areas of cost and energy savings, process improvement, increased efficiencies, and queries regarding new projects.
* Work closely with Leadership to ensure design meets planned requirements.
* Coordinate the organization of specifications and drawings.
* Responsible for preparing Capital Expenditure Request summaries for management approval.
* Ensure that all contractors working on site receive the correct, and documented, training. Coordination of outside vendors and contractors including scheduling, communication, and risk assessment with potential impacts of on-site work.
* Identify project milestones and critical paths.
* Supervise, co-ordinate, and routinely report on all active and prospective projects ensuring that the design is implemented and completed to plan, including schedule, budget, quality, and project turnover.
* Support of daily Facilities Department activities (15%)
* Lead and/or support Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).
* Creation, revision, and implementation of Quality System departmental documentation into the documentation control system.
* Create benchmarks that measure and track department performance.
* Proactively communicate any potential improvements that could reduce our environmental impact or to report activities that could result in a negative impact to the environment.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
* 5 years of experience in a comparable position.

SUMMARY:
* Conduct single and two-phase fluid flow and heat transfer research on both passive and actively pumped systems and apply those learnings to the development of new electronic cooling products.
