Essential Skills and Experience Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a closely related field. Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling; SolidWorks strongly preferred (other packages such as Inventor or Creo considered). 0-2 years of relevant experience (co-op, internship, or academic projects involving machine design are highly valued). Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, specifications, and weldment/fabrication details. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and a proactive “get-it-done” attitude.
