Job Summary
EDA is seeking a competent Technical-Focused Project Manager (known Internally as an EDA Project Engineer) who specializes in either Low Slope Roofing or Exterior Facade scopes.
The Project Engineer will interface with internal project teams to assist with their particular needs by serving as the dedicated team member tasked with researching and providing all required technical support to our PM teams by gaining profound knowledge of our projects, assisting with product selection, creating submittals, overseeing 3rd party shop drawings and engineering calculations, along with providing material take-offs and material order lists with professional oversight and solutions to challenges with design and field conditions. A Project Engineer will work with various departments from project management to shop fabrication and field operations, in order to ensure balance across various aspects of the project from constructability, sequencing and coordination to fabrication and install. Additionally, a Project Engineer will strive to improve by continuing to learn and research advanced technology regarding best practices in the field leading to cost-effective solutions.
A Project Engineer is generally located within the company and works alongside other professionals to meet customer's needs. They usually begin as Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers, and as they advance on their career path within the company will become transitioned to the role of Project Engineer through training and/or previous experience and technical knowledge of our scopes of work. Individuals with a firm holistic understanding of both the operational and scope aspects of projects tend to excel in this position.
You'll be a member of our brilliant engineering team, contributing to the design and construction of new cutting-edge architecture. To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience with project management, advanced technical knowledge of building envelopes, strong attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of construction details, sequencing and coordination. It's also important that you have rock-solid self-management and communication skills to meet the daily demands of this role.
Job Responsibilities
Obtain expert knowledge of a project by researching and studying contract documents
Develop and manage relationships with manufacturers and vendors
Research products for performance requirements and code compliance
Assist with product selection by procuring pricing and product data for all potential products
Create all submittal packages required for our scopes of work
Facilitate all shop drawings and engineering calculations
Assist in reviewing and analyzing shop drawing details for constructability and best practices
Provide value engineering alternatives and innovative solutions to enhance project needs
Perform material take-offs and provide material order lists
Oversee and facilitate off-site mockups and testing
Provide technical support and problem solving for field conditions
Serve as the technical expert in project meetings with our customers
Collaborate with shop, CAD operators, other engineers and field staff

Position Overview:Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly) Imaging Research and Development provides technical expertise for molecular and anatomical imaging to Lilly Research Laboratories. The Biologist will provide histopathology support by assisting in human tissue labeling to establish well-characterized tissue panels for compound screening and pathophysiological evaluation of target expression towards the discovery of new PET tracers for evaluation as development candidates.Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and execute human brain tissue characterization protocols (sample preparation and cryosectioning, staining, immunohistochemistry and autoradiography) for neuroscience research and imaging biomarker projects.• Assist in organization of tissue staining data from various research projects• Conduct and design radioligand binding assays such as autoradiography.• Implement digital pathology tools compatible with whole slide imaging scanner, autoradiography and confocal microscopy.Basic Qualifications:• Master of science degree, preferentially in Neuroscience with a minimum of 1 year experience in PET tracer discovery.Additional Skills/Preferences:Proficiency in immunohistochemistry, including immunofluorescence, automated histology equipment, spatial omics platform, gene silencing knowledge, and morphometry image analysis software (Visiopharm).• Provide strategic and technical expertise on the design and optimization of protein and transcript target detection.• Develop morphometric quantitative analysis methods using AI/ML software for target mapping in human samples• Experience in rodent and human tissue preparation and handling• Evaluation of small molecules and biologicals• Ensure good laboratory practice for data documentation as well as communicate research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders through written reports, oral presentations and scientific communications.• In-depth knowledge of rodent and human neuroanatomy• Understanding of neuropathological hallmarks scoring• Use of real-time autoradiography is preferred• Ability to be pro-active, flexible, and capable of independent trouble shooting and problem solving. Work within a team-oriented lab environment and work within cross-functional project teams• Participate in scientific conferences and workshops to continue education/professional development• Good organizational and time-management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$65,250 - $169,400
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In total, the Company owns and operates approximately 120,000 miles of natural gas, crude oil, refined products, and natural gas liquids pipelines, terminals, and acquisition and marketing assets which are used to facilitate the purchase and sale of crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and refined products.
Summary:
This is a twelve (12) week paid internship program beginning May 2026. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an expected graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
This position offers the opportunity for an undergraduate engineering student to gain knowledge and work experience by supporting the Energy Transfer Engineering & Operations groups at one of four locations in the Northeast:
Integrity Engineering group - Icedale Office in Honey Brook, PA
Terminal Engineering group - Marcus Hook Terminal in Marcus Hook, PA or Eagle Point Terminal in Westville, NJ
Butane Blending Engineering group - Newtown Square, PA office
The Energy Transfer Integrity Engineering group manages the regulatory required pipeline integrity program, which includes the inspection and repairs of pipelines and facilities in the Eastern US. The candidate would work with Integrity Engineers, Project Managers, Corrosion Group, Operations and Field organizations with an ultimate goal of understanding and documenting asset integrity and making recommendations for future assessments and the development of preventive & mitigative (P&M) measures to reduce risk.
The Energy Transfer Terminal Engineering group supports the Terminal Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management groups at the Northeast Terminal facilities (natural gas liquids processing & refined products storage). Terminal operations include dehydration, fractionation, chilling, refrigerated storage, atmospheric storage, underground storage caverns, marine operations, and pipeline operations.
The Energy Transfer Butane Blending Engineering group is responsible for the design, construction, and integration of automated processing equipment for Butane Blending systems at fuel loading terminals. Energy Transfer's patented Butane Blending System uses state of the art technology to automatically sample gasoline and analyze its properties, and determines the optimum amount of butane that can be injected, while keeping the gasoline within regulatory limits.
Minimum Requirements
* Undergraduate student in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering preferred (Petroleum Engineering acceptable).
* The candidate is required to have good analytical skills, perform calculations and diagnose problems, have good communication skills to facilitate cooperation between different functional groups, be able to identify multiple alternatives and/or recommendations for a given problem, as well as facilitate the implementation of solutions. The interns will spend time in the office and in the field (pipeline and/or industrial manufacturing environment). Personal Protective Equipment and safety training will be provided.
* Self-motivated individual with a high level of initiative.
* Position requires the ability to balance multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the ability to shift established priorities in response to changing business needs.
