What You'll Do Lead mechanical design and implementation projects, ensuring we meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Design and specify mechanical systems with a focus on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. Perform load calculations, airflow analyses, and other technical assessments. Ensure our designs meet all relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, NFPA, etc.). Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to our project teams. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in mechanical design or design-build roles, especially in HVAC and piping systems. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. LEED Accreditation is a plus. Proficiency in HVAC design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP) and BMS systems.
