We're looking for an Operations Engineering Summer Intern to join our American Ordnance team located in Middletown, IA! You will get to work under the supervision of an experienced engineer. This role provides the opportunity to continuously improve processes and systems under their control and to meet customer needs, both internal and external. The internship tasks will be focused in the area in line with your education and ability. As the Operations Engineering Summer Intern, here's the work you'll do: * Will prepare and update operator procedures for the shop floor. * Address daily production related issues on shop floor. * Participate in continuous improvement projects. * Maintain direct labor standards. * Maintain process layouts.
