What You'll Do
Lead mechanical design and implementation projects, ensuring we meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Design and specify mechanical systems with a focus on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
Perform load calculations, airflow analyses, and other technical assessments.
Ensure our designs meet all relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, NFPA, etc.).
Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to our project teams.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of experience in mechanical design or design-build roles, especially in HVAC and piping systems.
A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
LEED Accreditation is a plus.
Proficiency in HVAC design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP) and BMS systems.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A team player who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer's primary function is to bridge the gap between Engineering and Operations and provide support to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the product and production cycle.

Qualifications & Experience:
College Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Technology or University Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
Min 3-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering and manufacturing experience in fabrication and working in the production environment.
Able to use SolidWorks, PDM, and ERP with at least two years of relevant experience.
A minimum of one year of product design experience is required.
The ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
Electrical knowledge would be considered an asset.
Must have a valid driver's license and travel primarily in North America but potentially abroad.
