Create

Qualifications
Technical Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3+ years of professional videography experience (in-house, agency, or freelance).
· Expert proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
· Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
· Professional audio recording and mixing capabilities.
· Lighting design skills for studio, outdoor, and industrial environments.

As a Thermal Manufacturing Engineer, you will oversee, maintain, and operate multi megawatt liquid cooled production systems, and support production difficulties. You will
Create thermal simulation models from CAD to simulate HVAC systems for rack level, room level, and clean room performance.
Program complex fan and pump control systems using large fields of sensor inputs, setting individual thermal limits, and setting fan and pump speed hysteresis controls for smooth steady state operation.
Design, improve, and manage manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and product quality in high density burn in rooms
Optimize liquid cooled production lines, troubleshooting equipment failures, implementing quality control standards, and designing new manufacturing systems and workstations.
Control costs for liquid production facilities.
Interpret sensor log data and analyze presenting into human readable formats but also according to various customer's specifications using engineering principles.
Operate and configure building management systems as pertains to thermal management systems
Present test reports to customers and accept customer feedback
Perform temperature measurements using thermocouples and IoT sensors.
Collect data logs from test tools in Linux or Windows
Observe and report unexpected results or possible areas of opportunity
Regularly inspect measurement tools and repair or replace as required
You have
Bachelor's degree in Thermal Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering with strong emphasis on thermal engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience with CDUs of all types including Liquid to Liquid, Liquid to Air, and Liquid to Refrigerant.
Experience designing facility cooling plumbing systems (either chilled water or glycol based)
Must have actually built, tested and refined project designs.

Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking an IT Infrastructure Sr Engineer to work remotely as part of the DMCS Infrastructure team which is responsible for all systems on the DMCS contract. The team monitors the health of all systems and oversees new system builds, security, consolidations, relocations, migrations, and decommissions. Systems are located across several Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounts for the program. Interaction with vendors and contract support groups is required.
The position is a fully remote position requiring US citizenship and physical work location in CONUS. Applicates must have the ability to pass a background check. After-hours and weekend work is required on occasion to support the systems. The Majority of the DMCS systems are Windows OS. Any new staff member would be a member of the DMCS Infrastructure team. New hires would be expected to perform or contribute to the work listed as well as all daily, weekly, monthly, or annual work activities assigned by the DMCS Infrastructure Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for researching, designing, building, supporting, and deploying virtualization technologies and VDI.
- Troubleshoot performance issues related to ESXi, Virtual Machines, and vCenter.
- Responsible for coordinating the overall design of new clusters and growth of existing Data Centers.
- Automate existing processes using VMware products (vRA, vRO).
- Provide level 1 & 2 support to VMware customers and field personnel.
- Manage, research, and resolve issues relating to VMware automation products including basic isolation of issues located in third party products that interact with VMware automation products.
- Create and manage knowledge base content including; problem solutions, best practices, and informational articles.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in all VMware, Microsoft, and UNIX technologies.
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Work collaboratively with other technical resources and vendors.
- Collect and provide existing resource consumption.
- Proactively predict growth and ensure high availability solutions in the environment.

Job Specific Responsibilities
-Lead Microsoft Windows system vulnerability management and ensure compliance with security best practices.
-Administer Microsoft Windows servers, including deployments, storage management, and patching.
-Perform lifecycle activities such as firmware upgrades, CVE remediation, and the use of tools like AWS Console, Splunk, and Symantec DLP.
-Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system management.
-Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS records.
-Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues using server and network monitoring tools.
-Assist with developing and maintaining a capacity plan including monitor and update forecasts
-Ability to cross-collaborate within a matrixed organization to support client needs
-Collaborate with teams to integrate systems with AWS and other cloud projects
-Assist with disaster recovery efforts such as planning, backups, and scheduled upgrades to be tested annually.
-Analyze and respond to suspicious security events, including logs from servers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN.
-Create and maintain documentation and stay current on emerging technologies and threats.
-Cross train with other team members to learn and support other Infrastructure related technologies
-Participates in on call support for scheduled maintenance events, Incident Management, required testing activities
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Specific Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Server system administration or vulnerability management.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and security hardening.
-Proficiency in scripting languages.
-Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
-Understanding of ITIL change control and incident management processes desirable.
-Knowledge of network principles desirable
