This is a full-time regular position that will work out of our office in Memphis, TN and does not offer hybrid or remote arrangement. Qualifications Technical Skills · Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). · 3+ years of professional videography experience (in-house, agency, or freelance). · Expert proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). · Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. · Professional audio recording and mixing capabilities. · Lighting design skills for studio, outdoor, and industrial environments. · Motion graphics/animation experience (After Effects or similar). · Familiarity with AI-powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Adobe AI features, Descript). · Strong color grading and correction expertise. Creative & Strategic Skills · Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines independently. · Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. · Comfortable working in industrial and construction environments. · Highly organized and detail oriented.
