This hands-on program provides real-world experience across various engineering disciplines, including Estimating, Service, Preconstruction, Construction, and Design. Graduates/ Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, project managers, and estimators, gaining valuable skills and insights in the field of mechanical engineering. RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES BY DEPARTMENT: These responsibilities generally describe the nature of each position and may not be all inclusive: Estimating Assist in reviewing construction drawings and specifications to help develop basic material and labor take-offs for mechanical systems. Support the preparation of cost estimates by organizing vendor quotes, updating Excel worksheets, and learning estimating software tools. Participate in jobsite walkthroughs and internal estimate review meetings to understand field conditions, scope alignment, and the overall estimating process.
