Financials: Assist the Project Manager with monthly pay applications, change order pricing, and invoice coding. Closeout: Lead the closeout process by collecting warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings to deliver a complete turnover package to the client. Field Support & Quality Control Site Presence: Regularly walk the site with the Superintendent to track progress, document safety observations, and understand the sequence of work.
