The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $36.06/hr.

About The Opportunity
The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all machinery and equipment within the facility to keep in proper working order.Job Tasks to include:
Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions
Works with production personnel to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues
Works in conjunction with outside contractors and/or vendors as well as OEM's to troubleshoot and make repairs to plant equipment
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments
Wires and installs AC/DC motors, drives, racks and motion control equipment
Electrical trouble shooting using the proper tools and PPE
Controls downtime by performing routine preventive maintenance techniques
Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Uses computer system to document work and account for parts
Communicates with the team using verbal, written or electronic communication including phone, email, radio, or other
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Ability to read and understand machine part lists, preventative maintenance manuals, schematics and blueprints

Your Impact

Responsibilities
Support engineering change processes, including processing documentation, updating records, and communicating changes to the production floor.
Develop, maintain, and improve process documentation such as work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual aids, and manufacturing guidelines.
Audit bills of materials (BOMs) against manufacturing drawings to identify discrepancies, document findings, and support corrections.
Maintain and update manufacturing routings in ERP systems to reflect accurate labor, machine time, and process sequencing.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Provide input to enhance manufacturing efficiency, accuracy, safety, and workflow across production processes.
Analyze component updates or design changes to ensure manufacturing alignment and confirm design intent is met.
Review production logs, error reports, and nonconformance records; participate in investigations and support corrective action development.
Assist in fixture and tooling design reviews by providing feedback related to usability, manufacturability, ergonomics, and safety.
Work cross-functionally with quality, production, engineering, and materials teams to support new product introduction and continuous improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience.
Familiarity with mechanical assemblies, BOM structures, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and assembly drawings.
Strong attention to detail with effective verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role
As an Instrumentation & Controls Technician, you'll troubleshoot, install, and maintain advanced electrical and control systems that keep our high-speed equipment running. This includes PLCs, HMIs, drives, motion controls, and networked automation systems.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot, program, and maintain PLC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
