POSITION SUMMARY
Provide sales efforts to incoming calls through the call center and with provided leads on a outbound call basis. Partner with Sales team to coordinate new business development and services for clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Develops new leads by utilizing all available resources, including referrals, web and other electronic media

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of Customer Service and/or Retail Sales experience
• 1 year of call center experience highly preferred
• 6 months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
• Strong problem solving, follow up, organization and coordination skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English / Spanish is a plus
