Environmental Program Manager Role
AWS Environmental is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on by supporting all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that keep the cloud running. We tackle the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain, and we're looking for talented individuals who want to help.
You will:
- Partner with AWS stakeholders to develop regional and site-specific development strategies for the construction and operation of AWS data centers and infrastructure.
- Provide technical assistance and risk management support to construction managers and partner teams, and promote and manageenvironmentalcompliance during construction, specifically focusing on protection of sensitive environmental resources, wetland permit compliance and construction stormwater NPDES permit compliance (including erosion and sediment control).
- Prepare for data center operations.
- Engage regularly throughout the construction phase with multiple AWS stakeholders, including Real Estate, Legal, Risk, Water, Design, Public Policy, Construction, and Operational teams, as well as external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies, consultants, and contractors.

- Assess environmental risks and requirements and develop mitigations and strategies to support site-specific project delivery.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, biology, or related discipline.
7+ years managing permitting, and compliance for new developments.
5+ years environmental construction oversight

Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is seeking a highly motivated Environmental Staff Project Manager to join our team. This role performs specific field tasks assigned per project by more senior staff. Your growth in responsibility will come with time and experience. This work will be field based with limited office work as experience is gained. An ideal candidate presents a positive customer service attitude and understanding of ECS Core Values.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact and collaborate with staff members on a variety of projects
* Attend project meetings with senior staff and assist with resolutions to technical and administrative problems
* Begin to learn about marketing and business development with a focus on building your client database and maintaining regular client contacts
* Begin to learn how to manage project budgets and the need for change orders. Prepare invoices and assist with collection efforts
* Scheduling, training and oversight of subordinate staff members
* Basic ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Consult with your supervisor to help prioritize tasks on a daily basis.
* Develop management capabilities of environmental projects including the application of technical support, with supervisory input as needed.
* Assist with preparation of proposals for training and developmental purposes.
* Prepare environmental reports, perform analysis and provide recommendations in collaboration with senior staff
* Initiate project set up and implementation under the direct supervision of senior staff
* Good understanding of sample collection, preparation, preservation sample hold times and laboratory submission regulations and guidelines.
* Basic knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations and guidelines and their implications on findings and conclusions in studies.
* Clearly document site observations for field work performed and submit daily reports
* Communicate changing site conditions to supervisor and discuss their implications on field investigations. Implement investigation changes in the field as directed by your supervisor
* Work with senior staff to develop an understanding of the relation of field observations and sample results to findings and conclusions in the report
* Assist on Groundwater and soil investigations and media sampling.
* Perform boring and test pit layouts and evaluate site access with senior oversight
* Assist with remediation system installation, operation, and maintenance.
* Assist with underground storage tank assessments.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other Engineering degree applicable to Environmental Consulting, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to the practice of Environmental Consulting
* No experience needed
* If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
Skills and Abilities
* Basic knowledge of environmental principles and applications.
* Basic knowledge of permitting processes, environmental regulations, and environmental test methods
* Interest in project management, consulting, and business development.
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds a number of times each day and walk on uneven ground through various terrains.

Risk and Compliance Manager

Job Description
This position is responsible for identifying, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the overall risk management and corporate compliance plans at Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD). This position works collaboratively with all disciplines to establish a safety culture, emphasizing clinical risk, patient safety, visitor, third party, volunteer, and employee safety, as well as potential business, operational, and property risks. Manages and monitors the CHCGD's compliance and Risk Management effort, reporting identified issues directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Risk Management
Create Risk Management training plan for staff based on quarterly safety checks, incident report trends, observations by management team, annual OSHA and Compliance requirements, and other identified needs.
Maintain and update the CHCGD Risk Management Plan and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee or conduct risk assessments, walk through inspections, adverse event reports, past accreditation or licensing surveys, medical records, risk analysis methods to identify, evaluate, prevent and control the risk of injury or loss.
Identify, assess and mitigate clinical, operational, financial and reputational risks across the organization.
Report on Risk Management activities to the Risk Management Committee.
Prepare the quarterly and annual QA/Risk Management reports for the Board.
Coordinate submission of annual FTCA malpractice application
Oversee incident reporting and patient complaints and participate in root-cause analysis of occurrences or possible occurrences.
Participate in HRSA reporting and site visits.
Coordinate Disaster Management and Preparedness activities
Oversee the Respiratory Protection Plan and implementation.
Compliance
Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive compliance program in accordance with HRSA, OIG, OSHA, FTCA and other regulatory requirements.
Serve at CHCGD's designated compliance officer.
Assists Quality Coordination, Operations staff and the Executive Management Team in the review, revision and formulation of appropriate policies and procedures to guide issues of compliance.
Assures compliance of federal, state, and local laws, as well as the HRSA Compliance Program.
Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits: develop corrective action plans as needed.
Participate in HRSA reporting and site visits.
Ensure ongoing compliance with CHCGD's Corporate Compliance Plan
Monitor and interpret changes in healthcare laws, regulations, and guidelines and update policies and procedures accordingly.
ManagementManage the Clinical Training Program
Lead the implementation of the infection control plan as well as respond to implementation questions from managers.
Assist with and/or conduct EHR/PM system training for staff and providers.
Coordinate the Clinical and EHR Training of staff (Manages Staff Development Specialist activities)
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of Risk Management and Compliance processes.
In-depth knowledge of HRSA, FTCA, HIPAA, CMS and other relevant regulations.
Demonstrate initiative, ability to work with others and good professional judgment.
Able to work independently and organize time effectively.
