Transports equipment and other supplies (tables and chairs for event planning); operates pressure washer equipment and maintains parking decks and other surfaces; cuts and fills asphalt holes on site; prepares storm water reports and observes any pollution issues that may harm storm water and completes storm water reports, and escorts others to the appropriate on-site locations. This position is accountable for operating machinery to move construction materials, dirt, and other heavy loads as well as operating gasoline and diesel-powered equipment that clears grades and prepares the job site.
