This position identifies and receives inbound used metals to be recycled from the general public. This process is done by weighing material, inputting the correct commodity code into the system and then putting the material in its proper location. Because we are the start of the recycling process, the environment is dusty, dirty and subject to the weather. Normal Work schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm. OBJECTIVE: The Operations Division seeks a seasonal sanitary landfill laborer to assist with landfill maintenance and repair activities, including grounds and landscape maintenance. RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the Assistant Operations Director - Solid Waste and indirectly to the Solid Waste Crew Leader.
