Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Development Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will prepare accurate and competitive bids for earthwork, utilities, roadway, and infrastructure projects. The Estimator analyzes plans, specifications, and geotechnical data; performs detailed quantity takeoffs; solicits and evaluates subcontractor and vendor pricing; and develops complete cost proposals that align with project scope, schedule, and company standards. Key Responsibilities
Review plans, specifications, and project documents to determine scope of work.
Perform detailed takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates for earthwork, utilities, and site development projects.

Identify value-engineering opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications
3+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil/site development construction (Florida experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and local permitting requirements.
