Qualifications by Level Estimator II (Intermediate): 2-5 years of estimating or project coordination related experience in prestressed concrete tanks, heavy civil/industrial projects, or similar Demonstrated ability to manage estimates with limited oversight. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and sequencing. Proficiency with estimating software, Bluebeam, and MS Excel. Estimator III (Senior-Level): 5+ years of estimating experience in prestressed concrete tanks, heavy civil/industrial projects, or similar.
