Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end bid process for fiber construction, wireless infrastructure, and engineering services projects to ensure on-time response to customer bid due dates. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for bid-related communications with clients and internal teams. Conduct post-bid reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve future submissions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (Telecom or Civil preferred). 5+ years of experience in bid management or estimating within telecom infrastructure or construction. Strong understanding of telecom technologies (fiber optics, wireless networks, towers, and engineering, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and estimating software (e.g., CostX, WinEst, or similar). Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
