This is a full-time position based out of our Baltimore Call Center located in Linthicum, MD. The hourly range for this position is 23.00-$25.00, depending on experience and you will also have the opportunity for a performance-based bonus. Responsibilities Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers. Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters. Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment. Follow established billing and collections procedures. Our client are expanding their facade division and looking for a Glass & Panel Systems Estimator to manage pre-construction pricing for curtain wall, storefront, ACM, IMP, and other architectural facade projects. You will work closely with the design, estimating, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals, while helping shape the success of our high-profile commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Review architectural and structural drawings to prepare detailed take-offs and estimates Price glass, curtainwall, storefront, aluminum composite panels, and insulated metal panel systems Solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, manage vendor relationships Collaborate with project and operations teams for accurate project handover Assist with value engineering, alternate pricing options, and bid clarifications Maintain organized estimating records and track bid results Qualifications 3+ years of estimating experience in curtain wall, glazing, or panel systems Knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, window wall, ACM, and IMP systems Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar take-off/estimating software Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
