The Senior Mechanical Plant Engineer works independently to provide engineering support to a production plant or an area. Responsibilities : Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Assist in the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety within the plant Project Management: Manage small capital and technical change projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, and participate in audits and inspections as required.
