**SHEET METAL FABRICATOR (PLTX)** Bowhead seeks an Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our Manufacturing and Products Groupteam in Plano, TX. Fabrication Leads are production workers who provide daily leadership to a team of 10 to 20 individuals, including Fitters, Welders, and Helpers, under the supervision of a supervisor. The Fabrication Lead is responsible for ensuring that their team completes work orders on time, within the designated duration, and according to planned hours. The lead will assign work orders to Fitters and Welders in an effective and efficient manner to maximize flow and throughput.
