What You'll Do * Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability. * Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.) * Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability. * Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed. * Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates. * Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service. * Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection. * Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. * Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed. Who You Are * Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope. * Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams. * Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments. * Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks. * Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. * Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays. * Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
