The Center for Writing and Speaking offers highly qualified student writers the opportunity to work as peer writing consultants, called Writing Fellows.
Writing Fellows consult with students at all levels of experience and aptitude, at all stages of the writing process, and from all disciplines within the college. Some Writing Fellows hold appointment hours in the Center for Writing and Speaking. Other Writing Fellows are paired with a section of a course, usually Common Intellectual Experience (CIE) or 100- and 200-level courses in the disciplines. These Writing Fellows also meet with their faculty partner to discuss writing pedagogy and consult with each student in their class about twice per semester.
Responsibilities:
The primary Writing Fellow duties are:
To advise and support students through all stages of the writing process.
To locate strengths and identify patterns of error in student writing, and to explain each cogently to students.
To observe rehearsals of oral presentations and offer suggestions for improvement.
To help students articulate a revision plan for their writing and speaking.
To document each tutoring session and provide a session record to the student, the professor, and the Director of the Writing and Speaking Program.
Writing Fellows who are paired with a course section are also expected to communicate regularly with their faculty partner about pedagogical goals and student progress.
Requirements:
Current full-time student at Ursinus College
To hold this position, you must be recommended by an Ursinus faculty member; submit an application; be interviewed by the Director of the Writing and Speaking Program; be selected from a competitive pool of highly qualified students; and complete a semester-long, 4-credit training course. This position is by recommendation and appointment only.
Workload and Compensation:
Ursinus Writing Fellows can expect to work between 2 and 4 hours per week, and will be paid at the usual college rate, according to their class year.

Clinical Counseling Services
Provide regular counseling to students and families in need of social and emotional support; this includes both mandated counseling to students with IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) as well as individual and group counseling to other students in need
Lead mediations as necessary, using relational-based models within your social work practice, in alignment with TEP's commitment to Restorative Justice Practices

Led by members of MoMA's curatorial team and constituted of MoMA staff members from across curatorial affairs departments, the C-MAP Southeast & East Asia group is constituted of MoMA staff members from across curatorial and curatorial affairs departments, the C-MAP Southeast & East Asia group will continue its current focus on Southeast & East Asia and its diasporas, including (but not limited to), Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Following the direction of the group leader, and in consultation with the International Program Department, the Fellow will plan, coordinate, and document a program of monthly group meetings at MoMA (in-person or virtual as needed) featuring scholars, artists and curators, as well as travel for C-MAP group members to the region of focus. The Fellow also collaborates actively with other C-MAP Fellows and International Program staff on organizing cross-group seminars as well as editing and maintaining the C-MAP website, post (post.moma.org). In consultation with their supervisors, the Fellow will also have an opportunity to develop and undertake research related to the region of focus.
The Museum of Modern Art is committed to nurturing the next generation of scholars, art historians, and other arts professionals. This fellowship is part of a distinctive museum wide fellowship program that offers opportunities for training and development through immersion in the Museum's departments, working alongside and mentored by experienced staff members. All fellows also participate in a core methods and practice program with MoMA staff and invited guests which explores object-based research and inquiry; public engagement in a museum context; and arts leadership and the role of cultural institutions.

Requirements:
Specialized knowledge of modern and contemporary art in Southeast and East Asia.
Master's degree in art history, cultural studies, and/or a related field in the humanities (or the equivalent in countries outside the United States) required. Candidate must be a fully-enrolled student pursuing a Ph.D. program. Candidate must be ABD. Independent researchers and curators with a strong expertise and proven experience in the area of focus could also be considered.

The Senior Research Fellow will manage the Cosmogenic Nuclide and X-ray Analytical Laboratores in support of research in geochemistry, geomorphology, volcanology, sedimentology, mineralogy,and petrology. Duties include sample preparation, mineral separation, wet chemistry, and operation and maintenance of a PANalytical Zetium Ultimate X-ray spectrograph and an ITRAX XRF core scanner.
The Senior Research Fellow will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the facilities, including preparing samples, conducting high quality analyses, scheduling and training of internal and external users, maintaining and servicing facilities and
instruments, and ordering supplies. The Senior Research Fellow will work both independently and in collaboration with undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, and professors in the two labs. Candidates with geoanalytical experience, including backgrounds in either
cosmogenic nuclide geochemistry or XRF elemental analysis, are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided for skills needed to manage both laboratories.

The Human Rights Accountability Legal Fellow will support the organization's work focused on ensuring that the U.S. government respects its human rights obligations and promotes those of other governments. The fellow will report to the Senior Counsel for Accountability and be part of a team of lawyers and policy experts that work across a broad range of issues related to accountability for human rights abuses and corruption. The fellow will contribute to our work promoting and facilitating the effective use of targeted sanctions as part of a global coalition of civil society organizations that we help coordinate. This coalition of more than 340 civil society groups works to shape and inform the use of human rights and anti-corruption sanctions by authorities in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia. This position will also be involved in our efforts to protect accountability institutions and human rights activists from attack by the Trump administration and other actors. In coordination with the Accountability team and other NGOs, prepare recommendations identifying Magnitsky-style sanctions targets to governments to quickly respond to developing human rights crises, and identify advocacy opportunities to support the effective use of sanctions.
Work with the Accountability team to address time-sensitive issues related to emerging U.S. foreign policy and human rights issues, and conduct fact-finding and research on human rights and rule of law trends in the United States and relevant regions, as assigned.
Participate in meetings and other advocacy with executive branch officials and members of Congress and their staff on Capitol Hill.
Research and draft reports, blogs, op-eds, and other materials relating to the use of U.S. and other government sanctions tools and other accountability mechanisms, and the human rights implications of U.S. foreign policy and democratic backsliding.

Position Description :
Young Invincibles is looking for a Fellow to join our New York team for the summer. This is a 9-month fellowship, approximately, ending in November 2026. The Fellow will play an integral role in Young Invincibles' New York policy, advocacy, research, communications, and legislative work. This is a remote, part-time position that pays $20.00 per hour and requires 20 hours of work per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
The NY Policy Fellow reports to the Northeastern Regional Director and will contribute to building Young Invincibles' New York network, campaigns, and partnerships. The New York Summer Fellow will play an integral role in city and state-based policy advocacy, communications, research, writing, and trainings.
Primary duties include working with partner organizations, coalitions, and our young adult network to build support for our 2026 state higher education research, policies, legislation, and consumer education. In addition, this person will work to connect with partners, coalitions, and other stakeholders who work on higher education and health care policies to support more equitable and impactful city and state policies. At times, this position will require attending in-person meetings, potential conferences, partner meetings, and/or similar events to represent Young Invincibles. Other duties include supporting young adult engagement and learning in our Young Advocates Program and Youth Advisory Board, outreach to our internal and external networks, and consumer education efforts.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in higher education research, interest in public policy, and and able to help think strategically about the role of organizing and communications work in impacting policy change.

Responsibilities

Urban Health Policy Fellows will work on priority health issues that the City is facing.
