Venture Fellow ProgramAccelerating Careers in Venture Capital | Diversifying VC
The Venture Fellow Program (VFP) was started in 2014 by Luke Antal, Alumni Ventures (AV) Co-Founder & Chief Community Officer. Luke was an experienced entrepreneur, and aspired to break into the Venture Capital (VC) industry. But without the "traditional VC resume" (no degree from Harvard or Stanford, not a mega-famous Founder), he knew he would have to grind his way into the industry. Before any of AV funds had even raised a single dollar, Luke cold-called AV Founder & CEO Mike Collins and offered to help. For free. On nights and weekends. Together, over the course of a year, Luke and Mike raised the first Green D Ventures fund. Luke knew that there were others like him who deserved a foot in the door, and would be willing to commit to a "professional extracurricular" to learn the ropes. The Venture Fellow Program came out of Luke's experience, and has now helped accelerate the career of hundreds of ambitious individuals.
About the Venture Fellow Program
This is around a year-long, remote venture capital "professional extracurricular" that educates and empowers diverse and ambitious individuals to launch careers in VC and entrepreneurship.
Our Mission
To provide world-class professional development and hands-on learning opportunities in venture capital.
To further diversity in the VC ecosystem, in particular, providing opportunities to traditionally underrepresented or previously excluded groups.
To provide access to careers in venture capital, serving as a career accelerator and onramp into the industry. Prior professional venture investing experience is not required.
Through the Venture Fellow Program
Access a 12 month proprietary curriculum on venture capital and entrepreneurship
Develop the skills, network, and experience that can help you achieve your career goals, and potentially transition into the VC industry
Access exclusive and intimate Fellows-only webinars with luminaries from our global network of founders, executives, and VCs
Potentially work directly with our investing teams (as available)
Add venture capital experience to your resume
If you are interested in applying, please apply and we look forward to your application!
Please note the following:
Applications for the 2026 Cohort Close on January 5th, 2026

Fellow - Primary Care Psychiatry
Family Health Center of Worcester 3.8
Fellow job in Worcester, MA
We are now accepting applications from primary care clinicians (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician's assistants in primary care specialties) and recently graduated psychiatric nurse practitioners for positions in our fifth cohort. The Family Health Center of Worcester / University of Massachusetts Department of Family Medicine and Community Health Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship seeks to meet the growing need for improved access to outpatient psychiatric care in the United States, particularly among structurally-marginalized populations, through an intensive one-to-two-year training program (12 month, 18 month, and 24 months tracks available) based in an urban community health center with an affiliated academic medical center.
This post-graduate fellowship program trains primary care providers to become leaders in the delivery of comprehensive, integrated, and holistic physical and mental health care in primary care settings serving structurally-marginalized urban communities by training them as clinicians, advocates, community health scholars, and teachers. We specifically seek to help fill the gap that exists between the current psychiatric model, wherein massive limitations exist in accessing quality care for most of the country, and the compassionate, collaborative, and equitable care that all patients deserve. We focus longitudinally on two main principles: 1) the structural and socioecological determinants of mental health, and 2) the impact of traumatic stress on the physical and psychological wellbeing of structurally-marginalized communities.
Fellows perform a mix of outpatient clinical work, self and collaborative study, clinical case review, didactic learning, conference attendance, and teaching.
Fellows provide 5 sessions of direct patient care each week in the health center. After receiving training over the first few months of the fellowship, fellows also conduct psychiatric evaluations with patients internally referred to our team and provide curbside consultation services to PCPs in the practice.
Fellows have 4 sessions of educational time set aside for didactics, academic seminar, clinical case reviews, and self-directed study of educational modules created for the fellows.
More information can be found on our academic website at ******************************************************
Applicants are asked to submit their CV, personal statement, and three letters of recommendation using this form: ******************************************************************
