**Overview**
Seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to lead building of our proprietary VR blowmolder. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in extrusion blow molding systems and related equipment. This role involves overseeing the construction of extrusion blow molding systems at our technical center or through third-party suppliers.
The Project Engineer will also support development of build processes, best practices and standards that will drive efficient machine builds. Periodic travel may be required for vendor oversight and system startups.
**Responsibilities**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
The primary duties of the Project Engineer - VR Machine Build include:
+ Oversee (2) VR machine build projects at the Graham Technical Center (GTC) while sharing resources between GTCP and GTC.
+ Support and drive project budget.
+ Organize a project folder that contains all relevant documentation during machine builds.
+ Develop and manage detailed build schedule to meet agreed deadlines.
+ Manage resource plan.
+ Collaborate with GTC and GTCP on creation of assembly procedure.
+ Organize and lead project status meetings and provide written progress updates to all stakeholders, highlighting obstacles as well as accomplishments.
+ Update Project tracker weekly.
+ Ensure machine specifications are clear and followed.
+ Manage an Action Register with developed action plans as needed.
+ Support and drive efficient procurement and logistics processes.
+ Document and communicate engineering changes and technical innovation and manufacturing processes.
+ Oversee supplier performance requirements from the design phase through validation.
+ Lead FAT at the GTC. Work with project team to analyze FAT data and provide FAT results written report.

Project Engineer ACV
is to manage and coordinate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program in support of the U.S. Marine Corps.
