Updating asset records in ServiceNow and helping to retire old equipment from our systems. Following documented processes and offering suggestions when you see room for improvement. Supporting Operational and Capital project rollouts and refresh efforts across all client's locations. Installing large format displays, headless computer systems, or automation systems in Airline or passenger-facing environments Partnering with the IT team, Airside, Landside, and Public Safety departments to deploy standard hardware configurations for Operating or Capital efforts.
