Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and management of the annual operating budget and long-range financial forecasts in partnership with department leaders.
Prepare and maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow models to support business needs and leadership decision-making.
Identify and evaluate financial trends, cost drivers, and performance metrics to provide forward-looking insights and strategies.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Produce timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across communities, divisions, and the company as a whole.
Prepare variance analyses and explain financial results compared to budget and forecast.
Deliver ad hoc reporting and financial modeling to support executive and departmental decision-making.
Job Cost Management & Operational Support
Monitor construction job costs and provide detailed reporting on cost-to-complete, budget variance, and profitability.
Partner closely with construction, purchasing, and land teams to ensure costs are tracked accurately and efficiently.
Support the monthly closing process by ensuring proper job coding, accruals, and reconciliations are in place.
Partner with Sales, Construction, and Operations leadership to support operational decision-making related to sales pricing strategies, construction starts, and backlog and closings management, providing financial insights to drive timing, profitability, and cash flow outcomes.
Land & Development Support
Collaborate with the land acquisition and development teams to underwrite new projects and evaluate financial feasibility.
Build and maintain pro forma models and investment return analyses for current and prospective land deals.
Assist in preparing financial packages and return metrics for investment committee or executive review.
Lender & Compliance Management
Coordinate lender draw packages and ensure accuracy in documentation for construction and development financing.
Monitor loan covenant compliance and assist in preparing reports for external financing partners.
Support external audits, tax planning, and compliance filings in collaboration with outside advisors.
Process Improvement & Systems
Identify opportunities for improving internal controls, financial processes, and reporting systems.
Participate in or lead the implementation of financial software upgrades or new system integrations as the company scales.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across all platforms and departments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting degree or equivalent accounting experience required)
5-7 years of total professional experience in finance and/or accounting
Demonstrated experience across FP&A and accounting functions
Direct homebuilding or residential construction industry experience required
Strong understanding of construction accounting, job costing, and financial modeling
Experience with homebuilding or construction accounting systems
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
Skills:
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Role:
The Product Finance Analyst is a critical member of Clean the World's Product team, responsible for evaluating the financial, operational, and sustainability viability of new products, services, and data-driven solutions.
This role supports research and development (R&D) by building the financial foundation for experimentation, prototyping, and scaling. The analyst conducts cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies that inform design iterations, innovation investments, and go/no-go decisions.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and mission-driven, passionate about using data to connect profitability with purpose. They will play a key role in ensuring every CTW product scales sustainably and delivers measurable economic, environmental, and social value worldwide.
Key responsibilities (not limited to)
Feasibility Assessment & Opportunity Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for Early stage Product Concepts and new products and services, assessing technical, operational, financial, and sustainability factors.
Analyze market dynamics, customer demand, and partner readiness to determine commercial potential and scalability.
Identify risks and constraints (supply chain, operations, ESG compliance) and recommend mitigation strategies.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Technology to ensure proposed initiatives are achievable and impactful.
Business Case Development:
Develop financial models that project costs, revenue, margins, and ROI for pre commercial or pilot stage innovations for both physical products and data-enabled offerings.
Quantify the triple bottom line, economic, environmental, and social impact, as part of every business case.
Build and present clear, data-backed go/no-go recommendations to the SVP of Product and the leadership team.
Partner with Finance to validate assumptions, refine investment projections, and ensure alignment with CTW's financial targets.
Scenario Modeling & Sensitivity Analysis:
Create scenario-based forecasts to test market, pricing, and production variables.
Use advanced modeling tools to visualize “what-if” scenarios and optimize portfolio decisions.
Identify R&D Opportunities Support for long-term planning by identifying high-impact, low-risk opportunities for scale and data monetization
Data-Driven Strategy & Collaboration:
Collaborate with the Product Manager, Strategy & Portfolio, to inform roadmap prioritization and portfolio health.
Partner with the Product Operations & Data Analyst to connect business case metrics with real-time performance dashboards.
Work with the CTW Technology team to incorporate predictive analytics, sustainability data, and financial insights into decision frameworks.
Post-Launch Evaluation
Conduct post-launch ROI reviews, comparing actual performance against business case projections.
Document findings to support future R&D learnings to continuously improve forecasting accuracy and future feasibility assessments.
Support data transparency in R&D by documenting and sharing outcomes with cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or Sustainability Management (MBA or Master's preferred).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, product economics, or strategic planning, ideally within sustainability, technology, or impact-driven industries.
Demonstrated success in building business cases and financial models for new product or service launches.
Financial & Analytical - Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling, forecasting, ROI, and NPV analysis, data visualization.
Strategic & Technical - Business case development, scenario planning, sensitivity testing, and KPI tracking.

Scope of the Job
Performance Standards:
New Memberships: 5-8 per month
Loan Originations: 12-17 funded applications per month ($300K-$425K)
Insurance Units: 8-12 per month (PLP, GAP, MBI)
Qualified Referrals: 5-7 per month (Wealth, Auto, Mortgage)
Investment Product Sales: 2 new Guided Wealth Portfolio (GWP) accounts per month
Maintain member satisfaction and compliance quality scores at or above standards.
Discretion / Latitude:
This role requires a moderate level of supervision. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables.
Interactions:
This role interacts with a combination of walk-in Members and outbound phone calls. There is a high level of interactions with all PFCU departments.
Business / Work Environment:
Shift work, including weekends and home visits, consists of hours outside of an 8 - 5 schedule to cover the hours of operation. Able / flexible to work evenings and Saturday at the convenience of the member.
Challenges:

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $51,200 to $76,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
