Fleet Response is a family-owned company that was founded by Ron Mawaka, Sr. in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1986 as Rental Concepts Inc. (RCI).
However, as the needs of our clients evolved, so did RCI, expanding in 1997 to include accident and maintenance management programs under the name Integrated Vehicle Systems (IVS).
• Office expansion Moved to Corporate Plaza December 2006 and original space was 11,700 square feet
Named a 2015 “Top Workplace” by the Cleveland Plain Dealer
Fleet Response has been named a 2020 Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
