The Salty Packaging Machine Operator, under general supervision, is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of packaging machinery while maintaining continuous flow of product to the packaging lines. Responsibilities include making minor adjustments to the machinery to achieve the correct product, troubleshooting, maintenance of machinery, and record keeping.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintains shift documentation (i.e., Metal Detector and Batch Order Verifications)
* Reads production schedule and plans accordingly.
* Reads and interprets schedule in MicroStrategy.
* Able to print labels on different printers, choosing correct program for each printer; move eye and clean printers.
* Perform nitrogen testing.
* Efficiently maintains the operation of packaging machinery by monitoring codes, dates, and prices.
* Maintains an adequate supply of roll stock and ensures all packaging materials are available for each machine.
* Set up and write new programs for bag makers.
* Writes and/or edits machine micro logic as needed to maintain an efficient and low waste operation.

The pay range for this position in PA is $17.75 - $26.19, plus overtime eligible.

Kinsley is seeking a skilled Curb Machine Operator to join our construction team in York, PA. The ideal candidate will operate specialized curb machinery to place concrete curbs, sidewalks, and road edges according to project specifications. The operator sets up his machine by first identifying the material to be threaded and ensuring that the correct reamer is in place. S/he then checks the part through the use of assorted gauges, which give the correct depth and length of the thread. The operator also performs a visual inspection of the part for ream, facing, thread quality and overall appearance of the part.
Any adjustments on the machine to produce a quality part are performed by the operator through the use of tooling, which includes an allen wrench, socket wrench, chaser gauge, chasers and the chaser grinder. The operator is responsible for the removal and installation of the reamer and grips and also the removal, installation and maintenance of the chasers. The chasers are maintained to performance through the use of the chaser grinder to sharpen, repair or change the degree of the angle.
The operator maintains a clean and safe machine and work area.
The operator must also perform required maintenance checks. All operators are responsible for keeping accurate production records, which are recorded in the computer planning system. The operator is responsible for meeting established production standards.

Material Handlers work under general supervision, work safely, provide the highest quality, defect free product to our customer as well as meet all the requirements of a Material Handler. The primary duties of a ForkliftOperator include:
+ Load production lines, as instructed by the production supervisor with appropriate raw materials.
+ Maintain current and correct raw material inventory.
+ Unload raw materials from trailers, fill out unload sheets to ensure proper raw materials count. Calculate raw materials weight per bale, and fill out contamination report on unloaded raw material.
+ Dump and bale hoppers of sorted raw materials.
+ Dump hoppers of contamination in the trash compactor.
+ Remove bulk boxes of aluminum cans from line, put lid on box, and store box in appropriate row in the warehouse in a neat, orderly manner.
+ Remove hoppers of scrap metal from lines, and dump in the appropriate metal bin in the yard.
+ Remove chipper wire hopper from underneath the wire chipper; dump in the appropriate metal bin in the yard.
+ Remove finished goods from production lines, and store in the appropriate rows in the warehouse in a neat, orderly manner.
+ Receive parts and supplies and store in designated areas. Secure packing slips for receiving and properly complete all necessary paperwork.
+ Keep work area clean.
+ Train fellow employees as requested.
**Qualifications**

Graham Packaging Company is looking for a Material Handler / ForkliftOperator based in York, PA at our Recycling Plant. This opening is for 1ST SHIFT, which operates during the hours of 6:48AM to 3:00PM Monday through Friday.
The starting pay for this position is $20.35/hour.

Material Handlers work under general supervision, work safely, provide the highest quality, defect free product to our customer as well as meet all the requirements of a Material Handler. The primary duties of a ForkliftOperator include:
Load production lines, as instructed by the production supervisor with appropriate raw materials.
Maintain current and correct raw material inventory.
Unload raw materials from trailers, fill out unload sheets to ensure proper raw materials count. Calculate raw materials weight per bale, and fill out contamination report on unloaded raw material.
Dump and bale hoppers of sorted raw materials.
Dump hoppers of contamination in the trash compactor.
Remove bulk boxes of aluminum cans from line, put lid on box, and store box in appropriate row in the warehouse in a neat, orderly manner.
Remove hoppers of scrap metal from lines, and dump in the appropriate metal bin in the yard.
Remove chipper wire hopper from underneath the wire chipper; dump in the appropriate metal bin in the yard.
Remove finished goods from production lines, and store in the appropriate rows in the warehouse in a neat, orderly manner.
Receive parts and supplies and store in designated areas. Secure packing slips for receiving and properly complete all necessary paperwork.
Keep work area clean.
Train fellow employees as requested.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
Material Handlers are required to interact with other managers, employees, vendors, and customers. Therefore, the following skills and proficiencies are also essential requirements of the position:
Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
