+ Accountable for processing of inbound and outbound freight.

**Required Qualifications**
Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ Basic computer skills/experience.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
**Working Conditions**
+ Working environment is favorable, generally working inside with moderate noise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bag and tag orders to be shipped in order received
Package and prepare outgoing shipments
Check in all parts shipped or receivedd
Coordinate shipping schedules with internal departments.
Generate labels, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
Communicate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills; ERP system experience a plus.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications:
