General duties of a parts technician are to remove parts from late model vehicles, wash and/or prepare parts for delivery and order fulfilment responsibilities. Applicants must have the following experience and tools: · Knowledge of late model vehicles · Knowledge of how to remove body parts from vehicles · Doors · Fenders · Head/tail lights · Suspension parts · Interior parts · Other parts as needed. * Along with other odd jobs that management may asked to be completed. · Own their own tools, applicants will be given a tool list required by employer · Read, write and comprehend English · Basic computer skills · ASE certified mechanic not required, but does help · Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to operate an industrial truck · Work in a safe and professional manner · Respect management, customers and other team members while working in a fast paced atmosphere · Willingness to learn new skills and help build a positive workplace Parts technicians are responsible for removing product from vehicles, preparing the parts to be delivered to customers and be a well rounded team member. This job is a hourly position. Hours of business are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. In some instances Parts Technicians may be asked to start before 8:00 AM or stay after 5:00 PM.
