Diagnostic Medical Sonography Instructor/Program Coordinator LOCATION: Preference given to someone within commuting distance of Devils Lake, ND or Grand Forks ND. Verify the function of processing equipment and product testing equipment according to the food safety program (i.e., magnets, etc.). Process Modifications / Equipment Replacement: Verify sanitary design standards are utilized when performing process modifications or equipment replacements. Manage the inspection approval process when commissioning new processing equipment. Work with management to verify that calibration records are current for food processing and product testing equipment.
