Develop and maintain channel-level roadmaps, testing plans, and seasonal promotion

Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries to the Director of Growth

Support key promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday / Cyber Monday) and long-term
growth initiatives.

4+ years of experience in paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or
equivalent).
Proven success managing campaigns with measurable ROI and acquisition growth.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $95,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000. **Physical demands of the job:**

This is a technician position paid on a piece rate basis with a range of $180 - $350 for a single install job (as of 12-19-24), or paid applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher.
