FTS International CEO and leadership

Michael J. Doss has served as our Chief Executive Officer since October 2015. He joined our Company in January 2014 as Senior Vice President—Finance and Treasurer and was named Chief Financial Officer in December 2014. From July 2008 until joining our Company, Mr. Doss served as Vice President of Finance of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., or ETP, a master limited partnership that owns and operates a portfolio of energy assets in the United States and then as Vice President of Strategic Planning for its affiliate Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Prior to ETP, he was a Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Investors Service, a provider of credit ratings, research and risk analysis, covering a diverse portfolio of oil and natural gas issuers. Prior to that, Mr. Doss spent more than seven years of his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP serving clients in the oil and natural gas industry.

Buddy Petersen is a Board Member at LO Transport Inc, CEO / Founder at Compass Well Services, and COO at FTS International and is based in Dallas/Fort Worth Area. He has worked as President & Chief Operating Officer at Allied Cementing Co. Inc., VP of Sales at Frac-Chem LLC, and COO at GoFrac LLC. Buddy attended NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY between 1991 and 1994.

Lance Turner is a Chief Financial Officer at FTS International and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. He has worked as Senior Assurance Services at EY; Manager, Restructuring Advisory Services at EY; and Vice President of Finance at FTS International. Lance studied at Western Hills and The University of Texas at Austin between 1998 and 2003.

Jennifer Keefe is a Partner at PATTON BOGGS LLP; Senior VP/CCO/General Counsel at FTS International; and Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Allied BioScience Inc. and is based in Dallas, Texas. She has worked as Partner at Squire Patton Boggs, Deputy General Counsel at FTS International, and Attorney at PATTON BOGGS LLP. Jennifer attended Highland Park High School between 1986 and 1990, SMU Dedman School of Law between 1994 and 1997, and Vanderbilt University between 1990 and 1994.
