Responsibilities of the Bank Teller: Perform a wide variety of complex clerical duties with attention to detail. Use your mathematical knowledge to complete a variety of tasks. Greet customers and answer their questions. Enter data into computer. Take phone calls and respond to customers' inquiries. Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person. Follow regulations, procedures, and policies, in order to ensure that transactions are completed smoothly. Help customers complete transactions using an ATM, phone, or online. Bank Teller Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 6 months experience in customer service role Banking experience preferred. Must have cash handling experience.
