Licensure or Certification Requirements: Must possess a valid WV driver's license and comply with City Drug Screening Policy to operate a City vehicle. Employee must obtain International Code Council certification in the International Property Maintenance Code via testing within 12 months of hire and will be required to attend continuing education to receive and maintain a State inspector's license through the WV State Fire Marshal's Office per WV State Legislature Rule Title 87, Series 7. Equipment Operated: City vehicle, camera, personal computer, software and printer and other standard business equipment. Inherently Hazardous or Demanding Work Conditions: The employee may be exposed to potentially dangerous or hazardous situations when conducting investigations or inspections on property or in structures which may be dilapidated, vacant or unsanitary. Employee may be exposed to adverse weather conditions. Employee may be exposed to poisonous vegetation, rodents, insects or unfriendly pets. Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift. Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
